Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Kelly Fluffberry. Because we offer both digital and physical products, our refund and return policies vary depending on the item purchased. Please read carefully before placing your order.

📦 Digital Products (No Refunds)

All digital products (including downloads, templates, printables, and digital files) are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital goods, once a file has been delivered or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, we want you to have a great experience—if you run into any issues with your file (such as trouble downloading, missing files, or errors), please reach out to us and we will gladly assist you.

💍 Physical Products (Jewelry & Accessories)

We accept returns on physical items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned outside of the return window
  • Digital products (as stated above)
  • Custom or personalized items (if you add this later)

🔁 Return Process

To start a return, send an email and include your order number and reason for return to:

If your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right by offering a replacement or appropriate resolution.
